About The Role
We’re looking for a driven Mid-Level BDM to join our high-performing SaaS sales team. You’ll promote a best-in-class HRIS platform, backed by an experienced leadership team and equipped with best-in-market sales tools (CRM, lead databases, automation, etc).

About The Person
We’re after a proven SaaS sales professional with:
4–6 years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in HR tech or related fields
A proactive, self-starting mindset and a drive to own your pipeline
The confidence to build relationships, challenge prospects, and close deals
A growth mindset and the hunger to elevate your career
You're someone who wants a seat at the table, thrives on challenge, and is ready to bring energy, focus, and creativity to a scale-up environment.

Base Salary: $120k–$135k + Super (based on experience)
OTE: $180k–$220k (base + uncapped commission)
Share Options: Available after 6 months
Annual Salary Review: Base and OTE reviewed annually
